Project Development
Staff grew to 111 creatives across the country, so a new plan of action for the Issue 006 cycle was necessary. We added new hierarchy of positions for optimal mentorship and role assignment. Anyone on staff was able to submit
a project proposal, and staff indicated which projects they had interest in working in before exec paired teams of varying skill levels but similar goals.

Issue 006 Theme Guide
Entering the Golden Age, Issue 006 was to represent elegance, romance, nostalgia, and new heights as a collaborative. Type and grid standards for print were refined, and new type, colors, and graphics were introduced to visually represent the mag's themes by mixing vintage and futuristic elements.

Promotion strategy
Our social media marketing during launch season contains three main facets: staff takeovers, project BTS featurettes, and brand showcase. This strategy increased our social media following by over 700 new followers on Instagram, sold out Issue 006, and brought 200 people to our launch party.

Staff Takeovers
Personality "Type"
Each staff member gets their own "brand" in unique decorative type for their name, and image frame based on counters of that font.

Story Takeover
Staff member gets a unique set of Instagram story templates and freedom to answer Q&As, do some fit checks, and share their own BTS content.

Project Features
